Dr. London is the President and Founder of London & Associates, Inc., a management consultancy and executive coaching firm located in Wilmette, Illinois just north of Chicago. The focus of his work is strategy development and executive effectiveness. His clients have included health care providers, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, utilities and top tier consulting firms. As a coach, Paul has worked with executives and managers around issues of leadership, management effectiveness, and work/life balance. In addition, he has received advanced coach training at the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara where his focus was on adult development and facilitating change among adults of middle age and older.
Dr. London is a man of broad interests and extensive training. He earned his BA in Psychology at Grinnell College in 1973, and in 1977 was awarded his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University, with his specialty being human and family development. In the early '80s Paul went on to earn his MBA at The Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and in 1985 took his leave from clinical practice and teaching responsibilities and joined the MAC Group, a strategy consulting firm. His engagements at MAC included work with well known Fortune 100 companies. In 1990, Paul left MAC to open the Chicago Office and the lead the strategy practice of APM – at that time the largest independent Health Care consultancy in the US. In 5 years he led the Chicago office from a staff of 2 to one of 50, with revenues of $20MM. Since leaving APM he has held leadership positions at Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture) and Ernst & Young (Now Cap Gemini). He opened his own consulting firm eight years ago and over the past 3 years has transformed it to include executive coaching as key service offering.
Paul is has been married for 25 years and is the father of two daughters of 22 & 20. He is actively involved in his community having served on local school board planning committees, his township’s mental health committee, and several social welfare/justice programs.
Dr. Constant brings a strong commitment to the power of lifelong learning and physical fitness to men and women seeking to fully experience and enjoy the most vital years of their lives. With a background in organization development and training, change management, and corporate sales & marketing, Dr. Constant has held management positions within Ernst & Young, LLP, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Huthwaite, Inc., Achieve Global/Zenger Miller, and Logicon, working internationally with Fortune 500 as well as federal government clients. She has addressed numerous audiences of more than 750 Fortune-500 executives throughout North America, Europe, and Asia on a variety of topics ranging from sales and marketing to management and professional development. In the past year alone, she has addressed pharmaceutical executives in Canada and the US on sales force restructuring and reskilling in response to legislative and regulatory developments in both countries, focusing on the impact of market and environmental changes on internal operations.
In addition to her work with pharmaceutical companies in sales-related areas, Dr. Constant develops and facilitates training programs for a variety of organizations in transition. She effectively complements Paul London’s strategic consulting skills and experience in clinical as well as business environments through her pedagogical approach to program design and implementation coupled with her background in business development. Anne is a graduate of Duke University, and holds a masters and doctoral degree in Education from the University of Virginia, and a professional certificate in business administration from Georgetown University. Aside from international travel, her interests include music and dance, Jazzercise (she is a certified instructor), and mountain biking & hiking. She resides in Bethesda, Maryland, is married, and has a college-age son.

Janet has been in clinical practice for over 30 years with her primary focus being women and their relational styles both in personal and business relationships. She has been in independent practice for 17 years providing both coaching and psychotherapeutic services. Her clients have included service professionals, such as lawyers, consultants, professors and health care providers, as well as a variety of corporate executives in various industries. She has also conducted workshops on stress management and worklife balace.
Ms. London holds BS from CornellUniversity and an MSSW from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is an AAMFT approved supervisor of Family and Couples Therapy and has provided supervision for students and graduates of NorthwesternUniversity's Family Institute. In addition, she has received advanced training in relational processes from the StoneCenter at WellesleyCollege.
Janet has been married to Paul London for 25 years and has 2 daughters, 20 and 22 years of age. She has served on the alumni boards of CornellUniversity's College of Human Ecology and NorthwesternUniversity's Family Institute of Chicago.
